Replacement Policy
At Pairfect, we want every order to reach you in perfect condition. In the rare event that something goes wrong, our replacement policy is outlined below.
Eligibility for Replacement
Replacements will be provided only in the following cases:
- The product delivered is damaged.
- An incorrect product was shipped to the customer.
At the Time of Delivery
- Inspect the package: Before accepting the shipment, please ensure the packaging is intact and has not been tampered with. If the package appears damaged, kindly refuse delivery and contact our Customer Care team with your order details.
- Record an unboxing video: To ensure a smooth and hassle-free verification process, we request that you record a clear, unedited unboxing video while opening your order. This video serves as essential evidence in the event of any discrepancy or claim.
Reporting an Issue
If your delivered item is damaged, tampered with, or has missing contents, please notify our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after this window will be considered acceptance of the product in proper condition, and any related claims will be deemed waived.
Replacement Process
- The customer is required to return the product at their own expense.
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue a coupon code of equivalent value, which can be used to place a new order.
- If the original item is out of stock, you may select an alternative product of the same value in exchange.
Exclusions
If a return request arises due to an act, oversight, or negligence of the buyer β and not due to an error on our part β the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will not be refunded, and no replacement coupon will be issued.
