Replacement Policy
âą Only replacement will be provided in case of a damaged product or if the wrong product is delivered to the customer.
âąBefore accepting the shipment, kindly ensure that the packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the package appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and contact Customer Care with your order details.
âąIf the delivered item is damaged, tampered with, or any contents are missing, the Buyer must inform Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of the product in proper condition, and all related claims will be deemed waived.
âąTo ensure a smooth and hassle-free verification process, customers are requested to record an unboxing video at the time of receiving the order. This video will serve as evidence in case of any discrepancies or issues.
âąThe customer will be required to return the product at their own expense.
âąOnce the returned product is received and verified, the Company will provide a coupon code of the same value, which can be used to place a new order.
âąIf the item is out of stock, the customer may choose another product of the same value in exchange.
âąIf the return request arises due to any act, oversight, or negligence of the Buyer and not due to an error by the Company, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will not be refunded, and no new coupon code will be issued.
