Your Order Number is in the confirmation email and WhatsApp message sent when you placed your order. It's a 4–5 digit number — e.g. #1234.
All orders ship within 24 hours. Prepaid orders get free express delivery in 2–4 business days. COD orders get free standard delivery in 5–7 business days. You'll receive a WhatsApp update from the delivery partner once dispatched.
AWB (Airway Bill) is a unique number assigned by Delhivery to your shipment. It's shared via email once your order is dispatched, and you can use it to follow live delivery progress on the Delhivery website.
